Subcontractors used under our control, will have to strictly abide by our quality standards and are audited on a regular basis. Any non-conformity is properly registered and dealt with, with the object to improve our quality and to increase customer satisfaction.

The policy of the managements of Vopak Agencies aims to fully incorporate the quality commitment in an effective and economical responsible manner in order to satisfy both the clients’ and principals’ requirements, whilst also meeting the rules and regulations of the local authorities.
